Harvex is an agricultural commodities import and export company facilitating international trade in products including Coffee Beans, Sesame Seeds, Watermelon Seeds (Egusi), Arabic Gum, Hibiscus, and Frankincense, sourced primarily from Sudan, Ethiopia, Uganda, Kenya, Chad, Somalia, and Nigeria.

The Site provides information about our commodities, trade services, freight coordination, and contact facilities for trade inquiries. The Site does not constitute a binding offer to sell or purchase commodities. All trade transactions are subject to separate written agreements negotiated between the parties.

Harvex operates in full compliance with applicable international trade laws, including but not limited to export control regulations, anti-money laundering (AML) requirements, and sanctions programmes administered by relevant authorities.

Users of this Site who engage in trade inquiries or transactions with Harvex represent and warrant that they are not subject to any applicable trade sanctions, export restrictions, or debarment orders, and that any proposed transaction complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction.

Harvex reserves the right to decline any trade inquiry or transaction where compliance cannot be confirmed or where there is a reasonable basis to suspect a violation of applicable trade laws.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and data compilations, is the property of Harvex or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may view, download, and print pages from the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided you do not modify the content and you retain all copyright and proprietary notices.

9. Dispute Resolution

If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes shall be finally resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration rules. The language of arbitration shall be English.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial law principles. Where a specific jurisdiction is required, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts mutually agreed upon in writing at the time of any specific trade transaction.
